As the updates list documents began to accumulate, I've realized
that it's really much easier to keep them in their own yearly
subdirectories - so, I've changed it to fit.

Replaced
the "Keep coming back!" blurb on the Main Page, with
a link to be used for whatever was the most recently added or
changed document.
The blurb was set in place during the initial setup of the site,
when its form & contents weren't really that well defined.
The site has matured and fleshed out a bit, and doesn't change

to the MRU in its place.
